Ingredients
- Yukon Gold potatoes 4
- Olive oil 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Preparation Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. Wash and scrub the Yukon Gold potatoes. 3. Pat the potatoes dry and pierce each potato a few times with a fork. 4. Rub the potatoes with olive oil, then season with salt and black pepper. 5. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 50-60 minutes, or until tender. 6. Serve the baked Yukon Gold potatoes hot with your favorite toppings like sour cream, cheese, chives, or butter. Enjoy!
