White Bread

Ingredients
- Bread Flour 500g
- Salt 10g
- Active Yeast 7g
- Cold Water 320ml
- Olive Oil 40ml
Preparation Instructions
1. Combine Flour, Salt, and Yeast. Add Oil and 260ml Cold Water. Mix by hand, adding remaining water slowly. 2. Once the dough begins to come together, place on a lightly oiled board and knead for 5-8 minutes (until smooth). 3. Place in an oiled bowl, cover and let rise for 60-90 Minutes, until about tripled. 4. Stretch dough into a large rectangle. Fold each shorter edge into the middle. Roll into a loaf and crimp edges. 5. Transfer to a parchment lined baking sheet. Allow to rise 40-60 Minutes, until about doubled. 6. Heat oven to 425°F. Bake for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 375°F and bake another 30 minutes, until crust is golden brown. 7. Allow to cool for 1 Hour before slicing.
