Instructions 1. Roll puff pastry in sugar. 2. Sprinkle a combination of freeze-dried raspberries and sugar on top. 3. Roll the pastry on either side and place in the freezer. 4. Slice the pastry and bake in a hot oven, flipping halfway through. 5. Optional: Drizzle with white chocolate and sprinkle with raspberry powder before serving.
