Instructions
1. Whip the whipping cream, icing sugar, vanilla extract, and half a cup of Biscoff cookies until stiff peaks form. 2. Incorporate the cream cheese into the whipped mixture. 3. Layer the bottom of the pan with Biscoff cookies. 4. Spread a bit of the cream at the bottom. 5. Add a layer of the whipped mixture. 6. Heat the remaining Biscoff in a double boiler and spread it over the layer. 7. Repeat with another layer of cookies and cream mixture. 8. Finish with a final layer of Biscoff cookies on top. 9. Let the cheesecake set up in the fridge for at least 3 to 4 hours, preferably overnight. 10. Enjoy your delicious no bake Biscoff cheesecake!
