Instructions
1. Start by grating a tomato on the largest holes of a box grater. Discard the skin and add a bit of salt to draw out the water. 2. Grill up the hearty bread like sourdough on both sides in a bit of olive oil. 3. Rub a clove of garlic all over the bread. 4.
