1. Cut the boneless chicken into bite-sized pieces. 2. In a bowl, marinate the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, dried oregano or mixed herbs, and buttermilk (or a mixture of milk and vinegar/lemon juice). Mix well and set aside. 3. In a separate bowl, combine all-purpose flour with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and dried oregano or mixed herbs. 4. Coat the marinated chicken pieces in the flour mixture. 5. Dip the coated chicken in cold water. 6. Coat the chicken again in the flour mixture, ensuring to toss out excess flour. 7. Heat oil for frying in a deep fryer or skillet. 8. Fry the coated chicken in the hot oil until golden and crispy. 9. Remove and drain on paper towels. 10. Serve hot and enjoy this delicious crispy chicken popcorn!
