Classic Macaroni Salad

Ingredients
- small elbow macaroni 1 pound
- mayonnaise 1 cup
- yellow mustard 1 tsp
- white vinegar 1 tsp
- sugar 1 tsp
- onion powder 1-1&1/2 tsp
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- diced peppers 1/4 cup
Preparation Instructions
1. Boil the small elbow macaroni until slightly al dente. Drain and give them a cold water bath. 2. In a large bowl, combine the macaroni with mayonnaise, yellow mustard, white vinegar, sugar, onion powder, salt, pepper, and diced peppers. Mix well. 3. Refrigerate the macaroni salad for at least 4 hours before serving. 4. If desired, stir in more mayonnaise before serving. Enjoy your classic macaroni salad!
