Sear-Fried Fish Tacos with Mango Salsa and Spicy Mayo

Ingredients
- Fish 1 lbs Haddock
- Avocado oil 3 tbsp
- Lime juice 1 whole
- Smoked paprika 1 tsp
- Mustard powder 1/2 tsp
- Onion powder 1/2 tsp
- Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
- Cumin 1/4 tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper 1/4 tsp
- White pepper 1/4 tsp
- Bell pepper (red/orange) 1
- Mangos (Ataulfo) 2
- Jalepeno 1
- Avocado 1
- Red onion 1/4
- Avocado oil (for salsa) 2 tbsp
- Salt (for salsa) pinch
- Mayonaise 1/2 cup
- Sriracha 6 tbsp
- Garlic clove 1
- Lime juice (for mayo) 1/2 of a
- Water 1 tbsp
- Flour tortillas as needed
- Cilantro for garnish
- Lime wedges for garnish
Preparation Instructions
1. In a bowl, combine avocado oil, lime juice, smoked paprika, mustard powder, onion powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt, black pepper, and white pepper. Add the Haddock and sear the fish in a hot pan for a couple of minutes. 2. For the mango salsa, chop bell pepper, mangoes, jalapeno, avocado, and red onion. Mix in lime juice, avocado oil, and a pinch of salt. 3. Make the spicy mayo by blending mayonnaise, Sriracha, garlic clove, lime juice, and water. 4. Toast the tortillas in the same pan after cooking the fish. 5. Assemble the tacos by placing the sear-fried fish on tortillas, topping with mango salsa, drizzling with spicy mayo, and garnishing with cilantro and lime wedges. Enjoy!
