Ingredients

  • Ground pork 2 lbs
  • Oyster sauce 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Soy sauce 3 tbsp
  • Garlic (minced) 4 cloves
  • Ginger (minced) 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Sesame oil 2 tsp
  • White pepper 1 1/2 tsp
  • Green onions (chopped) 5
  • Carrots (grated) 1/2 cup
  • Egg 1
  • Wonton wrappers 60
  • Soy sauce for sauce 1 tbsp
  • Chili crisp 1/2 tbsp
  • Water 1/2 tbsp
  • Sesame oil for sauce 1 tsp
  • Rice vinegar 1 tsp
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Preparation Instructions

1. In a bowl, combine ground pork, oyster sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, minced ginger, sugar, sesame oil, white pepper, chopped green onions, grated carrots, and egg. 2. Place a small amount of filling in the center of a wonton wrapper. Moisten edges with water, fold over to form a triangle, and seal the edges. Moisten two corners and bring them together, pressing to seal. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling. 3. Boil the wontons in water for about 5 minutes or until they float. 4. For the sauce, mix soy sauce, chili crisp, water, sesame oil, and rice vinegar. Serve wontons with the sauce, garnished with sesame seeds and green onions. Enjoy!
