Classic Macaroni Salad

Ingredients
- small elbow macaroni 1 pound
- mayonnaise 1 cup
- yellow mustard 1 tsp
- white vinegar 1 tsp
- sugar 1 tsp
- onion powder 1-1&1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- diced peppers 1/4 cup
Preparation Instructions
Boil the macaroni until slightly al dente. Strain and cool with cold water. In a large bowl, mix the macaroni with mayonnaise, yellow mustard, white vinegar, sugar, onion powder, salt, pepper, and diced peppers. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Add more mayonnaise before serving, if desired.
