- Hard-boiled eggs 6
- Mayonnaise 1/4 cup
- Dijon mustard 1 tablespoon
- White vinegar 1 teaspoon
- Salt 1/4 teaspoon
- Black pepper 1/8 teaspoon
- Paprika for garnish
Preparation Instructions
1. Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks. 2. In a bowl, mash the yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt, and black pepper until smooth. 3. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites. 4. Sprinkle paprika on top for garnish. 5. Chill before serving. Enjoy your classic deviled eggs!
