Ingredients

  • Strawberries 1 lb
  • Lemons 2
  • Honey 1/3 cup
  • Elderberry syrup optional
  • Water 3/4 cup
  • Agar agar 1 tsp per 1 cup of mixture

Preparation Instructions

1. Wash strawberries and remove stems. Add them to a food processor with lemon juice, honey, Elderberry syrup (optional), and water. Blend until smooth. 2. In a pot, whisk together the fruit mixture and agar agar. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 2 minutes while whisking. 3. Pour the mixture into silicone molds and let them set for 30 minutes. For chewier texture, let them dry out for a few days.
