Crispy Air Fryer French Fries

Ingredients
- Potatoes 2-3 large (russet)
- Olive oil 2 tablespoons
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Pepper 1/2 teaspoon
- Paprika 1/2 teaspoon
- Garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon
Preparation Instructions
Step 1: Wash and peel potatoes. Cut them into thin strips. Step 2: Soak the potato strips in cold water for at least 30 minutes. Step 3: Drain and pat dry the potatoes with a kitchen towel. Step 4: In a bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder until evenly coated. Step 5: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Step 6: Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Step 7: Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until fries are crispy and golden brown. Step 8: Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
