- Soy Sauce 1/4 cup
- Honey 1/4 cup
- Hot Sauce 2 tablespoons
- Liquid Smoke 1 teaspoon
- Cayenne Pepper 1 teaspoon
- Chili Powder 1 teaspoon
- Onion Powder 2 teaspoons
- Garlic Powder 2 teaspoons

- Top of the Rib 1 (2-pound), thinly sliced
Preparation Instructions
1. Place soy sauce, honey, hot sauce, liquid smoke, cayenne pepper, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper into a large ziplock bag. Close tightly and mix well, then add meat and toss to coat. Marinate for at least eight hours or overnight. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Line 2 cookie sheets with foil and spray with cooking oil. Spread the meat out in a single layer and cook for 1.5 hours. Flip each piece of meat and cook for another 30 to 60 minutes. 2. Keep an eye on the meat to achieve desired dryness. Meat should be somewhat pliable. Once done, let it cool before serving.
