Ingredients

  • Ground Beef 1/2 pound
  • Salt 1/2 teaspoon
  • Pepper 1/4 teaspoon
  • Cheese Slices 2 slices
  • Lettuce 2 leaves
  • Tomato 1 slice
  • Onion 1 slice
  • Hamburger Bun 1
  • Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
  • Ketchup 1 tablespoon
  • Mustard 1 tablespoon
  • Pickles 2 slices

Preparation Instructions

1. Season ground beef with salt and pepper, then shape into a patty. 2. Heat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat and cook the patty to desired doneness. 3. Place cheese slices on top of the patty to melt. 4. Toast the hamburger bun. 5. Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard to make the special sauce. 6. Assemble the burger by placing lettuce, tomato, and onion on the bottom bun, followed by the patty with melted cheese. 7. Add pickles on top of the patty. 8. Spread the special sauce on the top bun and place it on top of the pickles. 9. Serve and enjoy your classic burger with special sauce!
