Marinated poké tuna

Ingredients
- Sushi-grade Tuna 1 lb
- Soy Sauce 1/4 cup
- Rice Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Sesame Oil 1 tbsp
- Onion 1/2
- Chili Flakes 1/2 tsp
- Black Sesame Seeds 1 tbsp
- Sushi Rice 2 cups, cooked
- Grated garlic 1 clove
- Grated ginger 1 tsp
Preparation Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, green onions, and chili flakes. 2. Cut the sushi-grade tuna into bite-sized cubes and add them to the marinade. Mix well to coat the tuna. 3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the tuna marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. 4. After marinating, add black sesame seeds to the tuna mixture. 5. Serve the marinated tuna poke over a bowl of cooked white rice. Enjoy!
