Pickled red onions

Ingredients
- Red onions 3 medium
- White vinegar 1 cup
- Water 1 cup
- Sugar 1.5 tbsp
- Salt 1.5 tbsp
- Spices To taste
Preparation Instructions
Bring all ingredients to simmer on stove. Carefully pour over thinly sliced onions. Let cool and store in fridge. 1-2 days until fully ready. Can add mustard seed , black peppercorns or garlic and strain out before pouring onto onions.
