Ingredients
- Japanese cucumbers 2
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Rice vinegar 3 tablespoon
- Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce 3 tablespoon
- Sesame seeds 1 teaspoon
Preparation Instructions
1. Thinly slice the Japanese cucumbers and toss them with salt. Let them sit to pull out excess water. 2. Mix together rice vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, and sesame seeds. 3. Rinse off the cucumbers, squeeze out more water, and pat them dry. 4. Toss the cucumbers with the prepared sauce. 5. Serve and enjoy!
