- Pie crust 2
- Blueberries 5 cups
- Sugar 1 cup
- Cornstarch 1/4 cup
- Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
- Butter 2 tablespoons
Preparation Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. In a large bowl, mix blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice. 3. Roll out a pie crust and place it in a pie dish. 4. Pour the blueberry mixture into the pie crust. 5. Dot the top with butter. 6. Roll out the second pie crust and place it over the blueberry filling. 7. Seal the edges and cut slits on top to vent. 8. Bake for about 45-50 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. 9. Let it cool before serving. Enjoy your delicious blueberry pie!
