- Potatoes 2 pounds
- Olive oil 1/4 cup
- Garlic powder 1 tablespoon
- Paprika 1 teaspoon
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley 2 tablespoons, chopped
Preparation Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). 2. Wash and dice the potatoes into cubes. 3. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. 4. Add the diced potatoes to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the seasonings. 5. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet. 6. Roast in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy. 7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley before serving. 8.
