Ingredients

  • Graham cracker crusts 2
  • Chocolate chips 2 cup
  • Whipped topping 8 oz
  • Eggs 6, lightly beaten
  • Sugar 3/4 cup
  • Flour 1/3 cup

Preparation Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325°F. In a saucepan, melt the chocolate chips and let it cool. Meanwhile, in a mixer, combine the eggs and sugar and beat until light yellow, about 10 minutes. In a separate bowl, beat the flour. Blend the chocolate mixture into the egg mixture. Split the batter evenly between the two crusts. Bake for about 25 minutes until it is puffed. (The center remains soft.) Let it cool. Refrigerate, and if desired, top with whipped cream before serving.
