Chicken Shawarma

Ingredients
- Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs 2 pounds
- Plain Greek Yogurt 1 cup
- Olive Oil 1/4 cup
- Lemon Juice 3 tablespoons
- Garlic, minced 4 cloves
- Cumin 1 tablespoon
- Paprika 1 tablespoon
- Turmeric 1 teaspoon
- Cayenne Pepper 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Black Pepper 1/2 teaspoon
Preparation Instructions
1. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, turmeric, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. 2. Add the boneless, skinless chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results. 3. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for 6-7 minutes per side or until fully cooked. 4. Once grilled, let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing it thinly. 5. Serve the sliced chicken shawarma in pita bread with your favorite toppings and sauces. Enjoy!
